We bring the bar, the glasses, the ice & the fruit. We set up the beer cooler and draught beer pump. Our professional and friendly staff serve the drinks and help to keep the venue tidy and free of empty glasses. Some venues may prohibit glassware so we can provide quality plastic ones to avoid breakages on lawns and fields. We take the bar away at the end of the event and take all the bottles and bar waste away to be recycled where possible. We deal with licencing regulations and organise tills and change when needed.
Pay Bar
Let your guests come to the bar and pay as they go – Just as you would in a hotel, pub or city centre bar.
Pre-Paid Bar
You may wish to provide a bar where your guests don’t need to pay. Set an agreed amount of drinks to be supplied by us and have the drinks served at the bar or to the tables.
Settle the Tab
This way your guests can come to the bar, order their drinks but not need to pay. We will keep a tab of all the drinks supplied and you can pick up the bill at the end of the day.
